At this time, we want to reassure you that we are closely following weather updates and will take any necessary steps to ensure the safety and smooth continuation of our travel plans.

What We Know So Far:

• Our registration event in Miami is still scheduled for October 9th.

• Our flight to Havana, Cuba, is also planned for October 10th as scheduled.

• We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate any potential changes as the weather forecast becomes clearer.

What You Should Do:

• Monitor Weather & Flight Updates: We'll share weather forecasts and any flight changes via email.

• Consider Flexible Travel Options: Explore flexible booking options for flights and hotels in case of weather disruptions.

• Wednesday Flights: If your flight is on Wednesday, consider rescheduling your hotel to Thursday in case of cancellations and delays beyond our original charter flight. We generally offer a Friday charter as an alternative, but we'll consider all itineraries and scheduling options based on the situation.
